A wish from a customer.

He has a mail with many attachments and wants to save them with just one
command/operation. He doesn't want to click on every attachment and select "save
as" and save it.

Perhaps a "save all attachments to folder" menu action could help in this case.

Can you please estimate a solution. 
Wait on an ok before start to implement.
