PERMISSIONS=0644
OWNERSHIP=@amavisd_usr@:@amavisd_grp@
RUNONCHANGE=@KOLABRC@ rc amavisd restart

Is it correct that amavisd is configured in the RUNONCHANGE directive? 
Shouldn't this be spamd?
