This is primarily a reminder to myself:

The different caching directories Horde uses should be managed in a better way
(as well as the "storage" directory btw). They should get a specific directory
outside of the web root and each type of caching should probably get its own
directory. This makes them safer, their function more obvious and might make it
easier to delete specific cache parts.
