[Kolab-devel] [issue3633] In the composer local distributions are not shown in the "select ..." button

Test:
1. Create a test local distribution list.
2. Switch to the mail plugin.
3. Start to create a new mail.
=> composer opens.
4. Click on the "Select..." button right to the "to:"-field.
=> A address selection dialog opens. But in most cases this dialog doesn't 
contain the local distribution lists.
I expect that it is possible to select distribution lists with this dialog, too.
