Split out from kolab/issue3371 (Folder properties dialog layoutproblem with 
freebusy block and common seendb options):

This is with at least enterprise35 kdepim 20090226.932370.

Previous Kolab Servers had msg14434:
* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4 IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ ID STARTTLS AUTH=PLAIN SASL-IR]
burlywood1.rgb Cyrus IMAP4 v2.3.11-kolab-nocaps server ready

Note the "4" in the "IMAP4", but our testing server close to be released has

* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4 IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ ID STARTTLS AUTH=PLAIN SASL-IR] 
demo3.kolab.org Cyrus IMAP v2.3.13-kolab-nocaps server ready

So the "4" is missing there. I still need to check where the change comes
from, maybe an upstream thing.
