[Kolab-devel] [issue3507] Folder view does not blend out

Try to blend out the folder view columns completely.
Grabing the slider with the mouse and moving left,
it does not completely go away, there is always something left.
Swiching off the favourite folder view and all additional columns did not
change the result.
Expectation: With the slider the folder view (and favorite folder view)
should completely hide when moved to the left.

This is a regression from e35.

Also found on Windows (November installer.)

This blows the use case where people only use one folder and want to save
the display width.
