$conf['mailer']['params']['host'] = 'localhost';
$conf['mailer']['params']['port'] = 25;
$conf['mailer']['params']['auth'] = true;
$conf['mailer']['type'] = 'smtp';
is used while
$conf['kolab']['smtp']['server'] = 'localhost';
$conf['kolab']['smtp']['port'] = 25;
seems to have no visible effect.

Gunnar said that $conf['kolab']['smtp'] was used in the past but is no longer
needed, therefore the lines should simply be removed.
