[Kolab-devel] [issue3454] Calendar day start/end hour preference in the kolab web client is confusing

Kronolith - the calendar component - in the Kolab web client features a
preference that allows to set the start hour of the day view. It is marked as
"start hour, if there are no earlier events".

This remark holds true for the standard calendar day and week views. It does
*not* however hold true for the free/busy view. The same kind of functionality
has not been implemented here so the remark is extremely confusing.

For free/busy the same setting applies as a fixed setting and it is not checked
whether there are earlier events.
