Might this be the reason:
When triggering with:
https://kolab2.example.org/freebusy/trigger/richard@example.org/Calendar.pfb

/var/log/messages shows:
Mar  7 23:57:30 kolab2 imap[10826]: SSL_accept() succeeded -> done
Mar  7 23:57:30 kolab2 imap[10826]: starttls: TLSv1 with cipher DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA (256/256 bits new) no authentication
Mar  7 23:57:30 kolab2 imap[10826]: login: kolab2.example.org [127.0.0.2] richard at example.org plaintext+TLS User logged in
Mar  7 23:57:31 kolab2 imap[10826]: open: user richard at example.org opened INBOX/Calendar
Mar 7 23:57:31 kolab2 imap[10826]: SQUAT failed to open index file
Mar  7 23:57:31 kolab2 imap[10826]: SQUAT failed

The last 2 lines, with squat failed does not look good.

The browser output states:
Debug: [horde] Creating free/busy information from 1236380400 to 1241560800 [on line 329 of
"/usr/share/php5/PEAR/Horde/Kolab/FreeBusy/Imap.php"]

But /var/cache/freebusy is empty :(

Any idea?
