[Kolab-devel] The kolab-* AllTests result in queued messages

When running the AllTests.php scripts provided with the kolab-* php modules, 
messages get queued.

See:

These will not be delivered (I assume).

It's of course easy to get rid of them. But perhaps there should be a remark 
printed by the (concerned) tests to flush the queues (postsuper -d ALL 
deferred and postsuper -d ALL defer).
