[Kolab-devel] [issue3711] dictionary name isn't translated to German

observed with Kontact enterprise4 windows 20090605.977848-7

The dictonary composer field is in English, even when the language of the
Kontact German is. So it is not translated.

Test:
1.Switch to the mail plugin.
2. Open a composer.
3. Activate View->Dictionary.
=> The dictionary text field which appears is in English.
