Please propose and estimate first!

Some users wish to have an addresscompletion mode which works
similiar to the one in Outlook:

a) Wait with completion until the user leave the input line
   or starts with a new address.
b) If there is an exact match, just place it in there. Otherwise
   bring up an dialog with suggestions (that contain the several matches).

For b) I believe that this should wait until all sources have come back
or the event dialog is going to be closed.
