[Kolab-devel] [issue3768] Kolab server 2.2.2 resmgr doesn't copy attendee status

The resource manager in Kolab server 2.2.2 does not copy the attendee status
when creating a Calendar entry for an invitation.  The status is always set to
"none".

The older version 2.2.0 was better in that it actually copied the status. 
However it had a different defect: kolab/issue3767
