Today is the 20090716. I have a task which just has the start-date of the
20090714 and which is not resolved yet, but it is not displayed in the
todos-summary.

I also have a task which has the end-date of the 20090718, but it is also not
displayed in the summary.

Both events are relevant for today and should be displayed in the summary.
