With a longer email with attachments, you can see a summary list
of the attachments in the header (e.g. for fancy or enterprise headers).
If you click on the attachment, the email contents will scroll so you
can see the attachment.

With shorter emails (and a large enough window size),
there is nothing to scroll as the attachment
in the email is already on the screen. Now clicking does not do anythink,
which is confusing.

At first we need an idea how to improve this (this idea is kkc so far).
One possible idea would be to add a visial feedback only if the attachment
is already seen in the email view. Maybe a tooltip saying: See below?
Another idea is to make a click to the open, only if the attachment
is already there. This is a bit magic, but might still be better.
