Kontact Version: 4:3.5.10.enterprise.0.20090121.914162-kk1 on ia32 Etch
(e35) we miss implementation of the pxfb-readable-for implementation
for Kontact e35. (Prokde35-z/61).

It should be possible to see, set and manipulate the pxfb-readable-for
annotation contents
for at least folders with type event (and possibly tasks).
(Client shall check if setting this permission is allowed on the server
and for the current user before trying to set it.)
