Test:
1. Clear all todos.
2. Create todos "1", "2", "3", "4"
3. Move todo 3 to 2 with d'n'd. 
4. Move todo 4 to 2
5. Move todo 2 to 1.
=> A conflict appears.
Move moved todos should not result in a conflict.
