Maybe I did convey the wrong impression here. Horde 3 is not plain  
maintenance (yet) and probably won't be for another year or so. But I  
don't think there will be many fancy new features. Horde 4 development  
has just started and is still broken all over the place. So this will  
not see releases very soon.

This is what the Kolab web client should be. It will remain based on  
Horde 3 and it might see updates to newer releases once we consider  
the effort worth the gain.

That is the plan and I believe that is what we are currently doing.
