When I get an email for which I do not have the secret key,
I can see the raw body in with blue borders 
with the message that decryption is not possible.

Doing this on the command line, gpg2 tells me the reason:
gpg: decryption failed: No secret key
This reason should be communicated to the user.
Getting an email without having the key is a common situation.

Tested with OpenPGP.

Ludwig, can you test this with S/MIME as well?
Ludwig, from my memory this worked with proko2, can you confirm?
(This is why, as regression I tag is "prokde35".)
