[Kolab-devel] [issue3437] fbview has unneeded "Save and Finish" button

In server 2.2.0 and in CVS before 2.2.1-rc1:

The /fbview interface has buttons "Save Attendees" and "Save and Finish".
The first one works as expected, the second is unneeded and clicking on it just
shows an empty browser window.

Workaround: just don't click on it.
