[Kolab-devel] [issue3407] kolab_bootstrap: use import i.s.o. install for a certificate

Wouldn't it be better (or more correct) to state that a certificate can be 
imported than to propose to install it in kolab_bootstrap?  
Hence I therefor propose this change:

Most browsers (if not all) I have seen propose to import a certificate hence
my proposal.
