coverage:

Kolab_Format: OK (14 tests, 58 assertions)
Kolab_Server: Tests: 121, Assertions: 177, Incomplete: 56.
Kolab_Storage: Tests: 33, Assertions: 197, Failures: 1.
Kolab_FreeBusy: Failed opening required 'Horde/Kolab/Test.php'
Kolab_Filter: Tests: 21, Assertions: 44, Failures: 3.
