To reproduce:
1. Select two mails, both with attachments
2. Choose Message->Forward->As Attachment
3. Type something and queue the message in the outbox
4. Select the message in the outbox
-> the mimetreeviewer doesn't show the contents of the second embedded message
   (even though it shows them for the first one).
