In previous versions of KMail 1.9, you could drag the attachment icon from the 
reader elsewhere to save attachments. This is no longer possible, as the URL 
underlying the link is now an attachement:// instead of a file:// url.

The mime tree viewer drag still works.
The header attachment link never did, apparently by design.
This is about the attachment icon at the end of the mail.
