Given the use case that I would want to always have my last used
addresses to show first in the address completion dialog, I cannot configure
that.

To see the problem:
* Open the composer for a new email
* Right click in the "To" field and chose to configure the configuration order
Observation: You get a line for each folder and LDAP search via KAddressbook,
but you are missing a line for the last used email addresses.
