[Kolab-devel] [issue3598] monthview: public holiday description of events are missing

Test:
1. Switch to calendar
2. Configure in Calendar->Date&Time->Set holiday region a region.
3. Switch to month view and look at a public holiday.
=> There is no description of this day.
4. Create a test event at this day.
=> The event is not displayed at the first row of a day.

The user expect that there is a holiday description. This is a regression as it
worked in earlier versions.
