Sending an email with 
  Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"
  Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
get missconverted by Toltec
Verified with Toltec 2.3.2-beta14.

Example attached: testmail-umlauts-utf8_sent.mbox 

a) the umlauts are converted to latin1, but charset="utf-8" is kept
so they cannot be decoded correctly by other email clients.

There is an old issue about
kolab/issue1722 (Toltec: Certain UTF-8 8bit transfer-encoded emails messed up)
which was fixed with toltec-2.1.1beta4-de-kolabxml.exe.)
It explains that the conversion is going on, which is fine.

b) the quoted-printable encoding is missing to connect the lines,
e.g.
  ..Reit
  er,=20Dr.=20Jan-Oliver=20Wagner
which introduces a linefeed behind "Rei" which shouldn't be there.
