Currently, Kontact/Win stores all messages in the folder (German system)
"C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\<user>\.kde".  It would be nice if the local
folders could be stored, at least partially, in a different location.  Think of
a "mail archive" which should live on a different disk, so it is not copied to
the server through the roaming profiles mechanism.  This is pretty easy on Unix
(symlink), but harder on Windows (probably?).  There could be an option for a
folder to change the physical storage location to something else.

Note that there might be some problems related to this:
- the folder might just disappear temporarily (archive on external disk, user
logged on different workstation with roaming profile);
- the folder might be read-only (e.g. archive on a cd).
