[Kolab-devel] [issue3530] The umlauts in the German message of "This message is encrypted" is broken.

The German messages "Die Nachricht ist verschlüsselt" und "Nachricht
entschlüsseln" display the umlaut "ü" in a wrong way.

Test:
1. Another user sends a openpgp encrypted mail to the user.
2. He look at the mail.
I expect that the "ü" is displayed correct.
