Switching to monthly view of the calendar crashes

Because of 
#8  0xf54bdf30 in MonthViewItem::catColor (this=0xa0bef40)
    at komonthview.cpp:219
#9  0xf54bf961 in MonthViewItem::paint (this=0xa0bef40, p=0xff993a1c)
    at komonthview.cpp:254
I believe this might be a regression caused by the attempts to fix
the color settings.

E.g. kolab/issue2472 ("Default event color" is not used)
