I've updated to Kolab 2.2.1. The Hostname differ from Name witch i would use for
the webaccess:
Hostname foo.example.com
URL mail.example.com

So i can't login when i use https://mail.example.com/client but it work when i
use https://foo.example.com/client. The Problem is, that the SSL certifacte
belongs to mail.example.com.
