A small defect, which is a regression from proko2:

If someone goes offline while "check mail on startup" is enabled,
there are two warnings (questions) that Kontact is in offline mode now 
and if I want to continue in offline mode.

reproduced with Kontact Version 1.2.9 (enterprise35 20090326.945022).

Can we fix this easily?
(Without breaking other stuff like the sieve check on startup an all this?)
