As mentioned by rbos in msg19497 in kolab/issue2317 (Resource overview feature
request similar to freebusy):

Kolab Server 2.2.1
When clicking on "Address Book" in fbview, the error page
"The requested URL /fbview/kronolith/contacts.php was not found on this server."
is shown.

It should either work or the button should be removed.
