[Kolab-devel] [issue3541] Use of "Switch Application Language..." doesn't change the language of the navigation bar

Test:
1. Install a German kontact
2. Start kontact.
3. Switch the application language from German to English(US)
4. Close and restart kontact.
=> The language of the buttons on the left navigation bar are still German.
I also expect them to be changed to English.
