For a while a few shared folders for calenders were not available
from the Server.

(It was a test from Kolab Server close to 2.2.1 release, revealing a group ACL 
problem.)

After displaying the users again, now given right by single user not
by a group, for some users the type is not recognise, thus the contacts
are not displayed in the contacts view.
For some other users it worked.

e35 20090226 for some that worked and do not work.
e25 20090313 for me that did not work.

Rebuilding the index, refreshing the cache, restarting Kontact all
does not help. You could set the type to contact again which helps.
So the detection fails.

Ludwig, can you try to reproduce?
