Test:
1.Try to open an attachment.
=> A tool selection dialog pops up.
2. Select a tool and activate the checkbox "open all files with this format with
selected program".
3. Press okay.
4. Close the opened attachment.
5. Try to open the attachment once more.
=> Again the user is asked to select a program.
Expect: Because of the selection of a program for all files of this format, he
shouldn't be asked to select a program.
