If a user has two contact resource folders and creates a new local distribution
list and he uses contacts from a LDAP server for the dist list, he is asked many
times, where to put the contacts from the LDAP server.

Imo, the contacts from a LDAP server should be put in the folder of the local
distribution list, if needed, so that only one resource choose dialog pops up.
