[Kolab-devel] [issue3085] cleanup ldap tree by makeing a cn= for every Domain

For large companys with many domains it is very hard to navigate in the current
flat LDAP-tree.

This patch cleans up the ldap tree.

Every domain is managed in its own subtree under cn=domains.

it also uses the idea from kolab/issue1549 to change the dn to 
"mail=user at doma.in,cn=doma.in,cn=domains,dc=doma,dc=in"
