Test:
AccountA has a openpgp and a SMIME key configured.
1. Switch to kmail
2. Start to send a SMIME encrypted mail to a different user. Press sending.
=> A key information pops up.
3. Change the own key and choose the OpenPGP key.
4. Send the mail.
 
Notice: no warning dialog appears, but the user sent a mail which should be
encrypted with a SMIME key with encrypted with an Openpgp key.
