The user has a online imap account. He configures the maillist to notice, if a
mail has an attachment. Someone sends a mail with attachment to him.
The mail is displayed with out an attachment icon in the list, but in the
preview window it has an attachment.

Test:
A has a mixed mode account.
1. A switch to kmail.
2. A activates the "has attachment"-column in the maillist.
3. B sends a mail with attachment to A.
4. A syncs and looks at the mail.
