[Kolab-devel] [issue3061] horde/kronolith - Handling of event states.

Kronolith does not know event state "outofoffice", the Kolab format does not
know the state "cancelled".

Currently Kronolith will map "cancelled" to "free" when writing the format. It
will convert "outofoffice" to "busy" when reading the format (and hence writing
it back to storage if the event is modified within Horde).
