[Kolab-devel] [issue3052] Renaming folder with subfolders sometimes unsubscribes subfolders or crashes

Two of our users recently ran into the following problem:

- IMAP account
- The user renames a folder that contains several subfolders
- After having clicked OK, the user immediately clicks into one of the
subfolders of the renamed-to-be folder - KMail is (most likely) still busy at
that time renaming the folder
- In some cases, this causes some or all subfolders to be unsubscribed
- In the worst case, Kontact crashes (see backtrace)
