In kolab 2.2, the cn of a user account is defined as "givenName sn", which is
supposed to be the user's full name. This is not true for the following scenarios:

1. In East Asia, people don't use spaces to separate words. The full name of a
person is therefore written as $sn . $givenName (no space between surname and
givenName).

2. People may have a middle name in western cultures.

3. People may like being referred to as something other than their full names.

Therefore, I suggest adding a cn input to the "Create new user" page. It
defaults to "givenName sn", but can be changed to something else.
