[Kolab-devel] [issue3026] Toolbar configuration "kmail_part" contains a "New Message..." action , which is not displayed.

After opening the toolbar configuration of kmail and switching to the 
"kmail part" toolbar, you can find a action "New Message..." as first action in
the action list. But this action is not needed and not displayed in the toolbar
of the kmailplugin. So I think it should be deleted from the action list.
