[Kolab-devel] Annotation Plugin for dovecot

Hi,

as has been discussed on this list briefly, we are working on extensions for 
the dovecot IMAP server to make it possible to use it instead of Cyrus IMAPd 
in the Kolab Server.  One of the extensions needed for that, the metadata 
plugin that implements the annotations, has been published now.  It's still 
more or less a prototype and hasn't been tested very well yet, but it should 
be possible to actually use it.  For details on the status and how to use it 
with dovecot, see the README file.

Currently the plugin is available as a mercurial repository at 
http://hg.intevation.org/kolab/dovecot-metadata-plugin/
