Install Kowi 2008-10-17 (kdepimlibs: 872241, kdepim: 872258)
Install Gpg4win-1.9.8-beta

Start Kleopatra.
Open certificate details of a selected certificate.
-> English/German mix

Seems to be a problem with Kowi. If installing gpg4win without kowi translations
are correct.
