To test:
1. Clear the list of reply prefixes in Configure KMail -> Composer -> Subject
2. [x] Replace recognised reply prefixes with "Re"
3. Restart KMail/Kontact, have a mail ready with e.g. AW: Foo bar subject
4. reply to said mail
-> the reply prefix is not recognised (expected)
5. Add "AW:" to Configure KMail -> Composer -> Subject
6. reply to said mail again
-> the reply prefix is still not recognised (bug)

It seems kmmsgbase.cpp's static list of reply prefixes isn't reloaded properly.
