[Kolab-devel] [issue3256] resmgr responses should reflect server revision in PRODID

I'm inviting an account that automatically answers, the resulting
iCalender response has an outdated version information.
Tested Kolab Server 2.2.0 gives me:

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
VERSION:2.0
PRODID:-//proko2//resmgr 1.0//EN

Expectation: No "proko2" anymore, but something that reflects
on that it is Kolab Server its revision and possibly the revisions
of main packages involved.
