New submission from Bernhard Reiter <bernhard at intevation.de>:

When inviting people as "optinal" (Freiwilliger Teilnehmer)
with Kontact, testing with proko2 2.1.12 for comparision
and enterprise enterprise35 20080919.862683,
Outlook 2003 will list these participant as required.

A bit of testing reveals that it probably is that
Outlook wants optional participants to be in Cc: and not in To:
in the invitation to actually make them "optional".
It seems that the realname is also taken from the email header
fullnames and not from the CN= parameter of the VEVENT.

I am attaching a few example invitations for reference.
