should this script still be part of the packages?  It is for upgrading from 
2.0 to 2.1:
print "Kolab Upgrade script from 2.0 to 2.1\n";

print "This will upgrade your Kolab LDAP database from version 2.0 to 2.1.\n";
print "Please back up everything before continuing\n\n";
print "Continue? [N/y]: ";

As such it does not seem necessary to distribute it anylonger.
